Gordonsville Park
Revitalizing the Gordonsville Park into a Place Where Community Comes Together
The town park situated in the heart of the town is undergoing a significant revitalization. The redevelopment includes the installation of a playground, event shelter, event lawn, and event pavilion, which aims to transform the park into an "outdoor community center." The park will feature a seasonal stream and shaded open space, providing a serene environment for relaxation and recreation. We are excited to witness the park's transformation and anticipate it becoming a bustling hub of activity for the entire community.
EVENT AREA
We successfully raised the funds needed to build a beautiful, covered pavilion and the encircling pathways.
EVENT LAWN
The Event Lawn will be a fantastic place for games, picnics and concerts, surrounded by trees.
PARK PATHWAYS
Our current campaign is to raise funds to connect the park. The new paths will be 1/3 miles long and roam through the park, allowing easy access to key features.
